The Second Chances Program is dedicated to providing men and women released from incarceration with the support and resources needed to rebuild their lives and successfully reintegrate into society. LIFE SKILLS TRAINING
Participants receive training to enhance their decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
JOB SKILLS TRAINING AND PLACEMENT
We help participants identify transferable skills, prepare for employment, and secure jobs.
HOUSING AND TRANSPORTATION
Providing safe and supportive housing, as well as assistance with transportation to help participants reach work, appointments, and other essential services.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT AND RELAPSE PREVENTION
Support for managing addiction, recognizing triggers, and preventing relapse.
FAMILY ENGAGEMENT SERVICES
