KIP Care

Kids of Incarcerated Parents

KIP Care is dedicated to restoring family bonds and disrupting generational cycles of incarceration. We support children with incarcerated parents through mentorship, emotional support, and family-focused programming.

Developing Leaders, One Year at a Time

Leaders of Tomorrow

The LOT Camp & Mentoring Program mentors middle school youth over a 3-year period. Through goal-setting, community service, and exposure to cultural and educational institutions, students gain confidence and direction.

I-THRIVE Mentoring Program

Grandparents in School

The Grandparents in School Program connects grandparents with students to share wisdom, encouragement, and support. By building intergenerational relationships, the program strengthens children’s growth and empowers grandparents to make a lasting impact in their community.

Program Benefits:

Provide a supportive presence within the school environment
Model and encourage positive behavior among students
Foster intergenerational relationships and student empowerment
Become an important part of a child’s school experience
Share wisdom and life experiences with the next generation

Grandparents can participate by completing a volunteer form, attending orientation, and choosing times that fit their schedule. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.
