"Supporting a Fresh Start"

The Second Chances program is dedicated to helping men and women successfully reenter society after incarceration. We provide comprehensive support, including Case Management, Life Skills Training, Job Skills Training and Placement, Housing, and more, to ensure stability and prevent recidivism.

"Empowering Financial Independence"

F.E.E.T. is a four-week financial empowerment program that offers training to individuals and families, regardless of their financial situation. Our goal is to improve participants’ financial health, education, and overall well-being through targeted skills development.

Our Youth & Family Services provide critical support to families and caregivers, especially those impacted by incarceration and socioeconomic challenges. Through programs like Leaders of Tomorrow, KIP Care, and I-Thrive Mentoring, we offer a safe space for growth, education, and community engagement.

HOUSING

"PROVIDING STABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE"

Through the Second Chances program, we offer permanent supportive housing to unhoused participants. Our Harbor House for Men and Stanhope House for Women provide a safe, structured environment with case management and supportive services to help residents achieve independent living.
